Aquaverde to introduce its New Cycle Shower to Flower Irrigation Technology
Unique gray water processing and distribution system for new and existing residential homes.
The patented CYCLE is an all-in-one product comprised of Radio Controller, Sensors, Master Controller, Collection Valve, Filter System and Irrigation components.
The CYCLE electronic sensors installed at various fixtures inside the home detect gray water flow and divert that water into the CYCLE collection tank and filtration system. This collected water then can be dispensed through a subsurface drip system to feed your outdoor environment.
The Aquaverde CYCLE is the first retrofit gray water system that can easily be installed into existing homes due to its patented radio controlled Collection Valve, state of the art filter design and “Shower to Flower” irrigation components providing a far more cost effective, socially conscious solution.
With steady population growth and expanding housing requirements, usable water has become a valuable, finite resource. With as much as 60% to 65% of an American household’s water being reusable, the value to the homeowner and the water agencies is both financial and altruistic. The homeowner can use the gray water to irrigate their home landscaping and significantly reduce their water and sewer bills while the water agencies can devote the “saved” fresh water to new residential units and treat less sewage water per house.
The Aquaverde CYCLE is ideally suited for all homeowners who live in areas where rainfall alone is not sufficient to support their landscaping. The CYCLE is designed to be construction friendly for both new and existing homes. The CYCLE ensures that each customer’s home is drought-resistant and potentially exempt from local water use restrictions.
ABOUT AQUAVERDE
Aquaverde, the DBA name of a Delaware limited liability company formed on July 15 2002 has developed and patented a “gray water” processing and distribution system for new and existing residential markets. “Gray water” is usually defined as water flowing from bathrooms sinks, showers, and washing machines; other definitions include water from kitchen sinks and dishwashers. Gray water is regularly utilized for irrigation and for toilet flushing in Australia, Sweden, Germany, Japan and other countries around the world. Aquaverde is currently developing ancillary components of the “CYCLE” system to make it marketable in multiple regulatory jurisdictions within the United States.
